So you engage Hilgar Design after our initial consultation follow up and off we go busily preparing the ideas and concepts that will lead to your dream home.

How do we charge you?

Quite simply really.  Each fortnight we will present you with a very clear timesheet, together with an invoice,  outlining all the tasks that we have undertaken on your behalf.

These tasks will include:
  • visiting trade showrooms (sample collection)
  • liaising with suppliers (emails, phone calls, visits)
  • preparations of quote requests and purchase orders 
  • site visits to meet with client after initial consultation
  • site visits to meet with trades during installation and works

The good news is, as designers, we have the ability to purchase some product at wholesale.  Where we can, Hilgar Design will pass on this discount to their client.  This includes fabric, furniture and lighting, which can add up quickly if buying direct through a retailer.
