There will be more specifics, more detailed spatial plans and suggested products for your space.  Still not quite ready for the complete reno but may need additional storage, colour ideas and additional products?  We'll meet you in the middle and get your home off to a great start.  Suitable for up to 2-3 rooms.

Let's do this! We're going to really shake things up.  Detailed plans, specified products, mood boards and a design brief.  Ready to get things done.  We'll even provide an inventory of products and suggested scope of work.  One step away from a full reno. Suitable for up to 3 rooms.

All Embracing 
RENOVATION PROJECT FEE 
​Calling all renovation dreamers!  We can make this happen for you!  Are you ready to take the leap and transform your home to how you've always wanted it?  Ready to have a few walls taken down, rooms demolished and wet areas rejuvenated? We will arrange a project briefing consultation, after our initial meeting, where we will present our design proposal and the suggested scope of works in which to complete your project.  A fixed fee, based on the estimated amount of working hours of the project, will also be given.  Every job is considered individually based on the design brief and required works. 

For work to commence, the Design Brief, outlining the scope of works, must be approved by the client and designer in the form of both signatures.   50% of the fixed fee is also required as deposit, with the balance due at the completion of the final installation.

As designers, we also have the ability to purchase goods at trade prices + GST. We offer our clients  cost-plus, whereby we pass on this discount with an additional 10% surcharge fee, covering administration time. 
These goods can include furniture, lighting, objects & art, fabrics, wallpapers, bathroom/kitchen fixtures and other interior accessories.  The manufacture of goods such as furniture and window treatments are also on offer. (Please note, there are some suppliers that offer little discount.  We will discuss this case by case when/if this should arise).
